When you buy our services, before buying services, you need to read & understand the packages features. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will check and try to convert your package(service) higher with one. To request a refund, we check how much customer used the services, in case in the bulk sms / voice calls, please note that used credits are not refundable. we calculate the unused count and we add our service amount and then we plan refund, it will take 15 working days.
